Shipping and delivery

All items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

Domestic shipping takes up to 5 days to deliver using USPS First class.

International shipping takes up to 21 days to deliver using a safe carrier.

We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Retrospect is not responsible for lost package due to incorrect address supplied by the sender. 

Retrospect is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in overseas countries.

Returns and exchange

Any exchange or return must be sent back within 15 days from the date which you received the sunglasses.

The sunglasses must be in resalable condition with original case and tags.

We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

Any order discrepancies or damaged items received must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Contact us info@retrospect.shop with a brief description of the issue and a picture of the goods.

Please do not send the item back before contacting us.

Goods will be refunded upon inspection on arrival (excluding original delivery charge). The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a trackable delivery service.
